Papa Grant Mechanical Inc. is a local Alberta family-owned HVAC business making its niche in the Calgary market. We are experiencing rapid growth and require an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service; answers telephones, provides scheduling and dispatch of technicians, ensuring they keep to schedule; provides company information to customers; follows up with customers post service; maintains and monitors social media; assists with trade shows; and completes other administrative tasks as required. The incumbent has tp work from the office , and may be required to work a changing schedule, Monday to Sunday, depending on the needs of the company. Business casual dress is required while at the office. Possibility of bonus pay after 3 months probation.
Qualifications
· Minimum High school graduate.
. Eperience of doing job costing.
· Two years experience in a customer service capacity.
· Experience working with social media sites,
· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
. Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
· Outstanding customer service skills.
· Exceptional organizational skills.
· Professional interpersonal skills.
· Experience with website administration and editing an asset.
. Experience of bookkeeping an asset
