POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including creating marketing materials, managing social media channels, assisting with event planning, conducting market research, and tracking campaign performance. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and 0-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role. Candidates should also have experience with marketing software and tools, such as CRM databases, Adobe Creative Suite, business analytics, and content management systems. The Marketing Coordinator should be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of the organization’s marketing efforts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns, including budget management.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content for various marketing channels.
• Coordinate events and trade shows, manage vendors, and perform follow-up activities.
• Manage the CRM system and maintain the company’s digital marketing channels.
• Analyze and on marketing metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and support sales teams with lead generation activities.
• Conduct customer surveys and provide feedback to internal teams to improve product development and customer experience.
