Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 month fixed-term contract)

We are undergoing significant growth across the UK and Ireland cluster. Key to continued growth is a commitment to improving how we attract, engage, assess and hire top talent.

To support this growth in 2022, we are looking for a recruiter to join the team.
You’ll be here to help us deliver a top class acquisition solution, working on a variety hiring projects predominantly centred around our corporate community.

This role is based out of our well-located central London office – where we operate a flexible approach to working from home – and will run for a fixed-term basis of 12 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll use LinkedIn and other tools to source, screen and engage active and passive talent
  • You’ll work on a variety of briefs, which could range from marketing, retail management, legal, merchandising and a variety other teams across our corporate community!
  • Manage the candidate experience through the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial briefing and sourcing to post-offer candidate care
  • Write and amend job advertisements to be shared on our careers site and other channels
  • Manage different priorities, often during periods of high workload volume and with tight deadlines
  • Work with internal teams to process offer paperwork and ensure all compliance checks are completed

  • Experience of end-to-end recruiting across a variety of job functions and business areas
  • A highly organised individual who can manage different priorities, who understands the importance of candidate experience and can deliver against that in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable ability in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships and networks with professionals from a variety of employment fields
  • Experience in building and engaging talent pipelines for the future
