The Role

Our Sales Director provides strategic leadership and direction to the sales team, achieving revenue growth and sales targets. You will seek out areas of growth and build cross-functional relationships to identify and develop talent and drive operational excellence. This role s directly to our General Manager (ANZ) and has five direct s within the Sales and Retail Operations teams.

• Spearhead the strategic direction and priorities of the sales organization
• Build a clear roadmap for sales, enabling global and cross-functional alignment and supporting delivery of cluster activities
• Create and develop future organisational leaders
• Full ownership of sales function and wages
• Bridge and approve all initiatives, promotions and programmes that effect the retail population

You Have

• Similar field or equivalent experience in a District Sales Manager/Sales Director role in the Retail sector
• Coaching/development experience, ability to promote talent and lead a successful team
• A passion for cultivating innovation and creating better ways ensure the organisation’s success
• Business acumen, the ability to make decisions that drive and support Pandora’s strategy as well as build collaborative relationships
• Customer centricity, the drive to actively seek customer feedback and develop a consistent experience
