Summary of Job DescriptionsThe Talent Acquisition (TA) Project Administrator position is responsible for working on and assisting with the execution of projects and initiatives to enhance different talent acquisition programs and processes. This position works with TA program managers on the initiation, planning, execution, and change managements stages of projects intended to enhance existing programs and initiate new ones. The administrator handles tasks associated with TA initiatives, assisting with content creation as well as analysis associated with program enhancement efforts.
You’ll get a chance to:
- Serve as SME for overall Panda employees and TA on specific talent acquisition programs (processes, policies, and tools).
- Provide guidance to in-team members (including TA field and in-house) on how to answer questions from employees regarding the programs.
- Work on initiation, planning, execution, and change management stages of projects aimed at enhancing TA programs under the guidance of the project/program manager.
- Provide documentation, progress ing, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation support.
- Build resources and knowledge as the basis for program enhancements and documents them.
- Collect, organize, and analyze program-related data as the basis for making changes to programs.
- Assess progress and evaluate the effectiveness of those changes, once implemented.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders of program enhancement projects.
- Provide progress updates and coordinate meetings by providing recap and notes.
- Support change management efforts by facilitating smooth transitions and managing stakeholder expectations during implementation of TA program enhancement projects.
- Ensure communications are effective during implementation across the company.
- Leads or assist with TA projects or ad hoc tasks, such as popup recruiting sessions, referral bonus audits, and background checks.

Your background & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in project management, business administration and/or operations, preferably in talent acquisition.
- If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range P2: $30.50 – $43.00 / Hour
