Summary of Job Descriptions
The Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist is responsible for supporting Panda’s Field Talent Acquisition Programs function, supporting Talent Acquisition Partners in achieving Panda’s annual Operations staffing goals. This position develops resources to support the attraction, candidate experience and overall onboarding of Operations talent. The Talent Acquisitions Programs Specialist works closely with TA, Marketing, and other departments to lead initiatives that increase and maintain Panda’s strong employment brand. This position supports a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing resources for training and developing team members to elevate their performance. This position may travel to other locations to provide in-person recruitment support to Operations and/or to assist/train Talent Acquisition team members.
You’ll get a chance to:
- Be responsible for HR recruiting communications for Operations.
- Drive initiatives that increase and maintain a strong employment brand awareness.
- Partner with Marketing, PR/Communications, and HR teams to maintain and continually evolve the company’s employment value and achieve its goal of being an employer of choice.
- Review current recruiting practices and programs, including technology (Taleo, Workday, etc.), to identify areas for improvement.
- Test and experiment with new Operations recruiting practices.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve employment brand awareness.
- Identify and implement strategies that increase and maintain a strong employment brand.
- Provide data and analyze the recruitment metrics and trends to drive recruitment messages and campaigns.
- Support the TA Field team responsible for the day-to-day talent acquisition for Operations associates (background check, open house, pilot new candidate generation programs/tools).
- Train and develop the team to elevate their performance.
- Support the Talent Acquisition leadership team to build process and create solutions to address hiring needs (i.e., hiring campaigns, events, and other relevant initiatives).
- Provide recommendations/solutions to maximize the ROI on Talent Acquisition Partners spending.
- Collaborate with the Field Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, and HRBP leadership on recruiting efforts and results.
- Prepare and provide s on recruitment outcomes.
- Conduct on-site meetings as required.

Your background & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field required.
- Minimum five years of increasing management responsibility for field recruiting or Talent Acquisition program/project management in a retail restaurant/hospitality environment.
- If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range P3s: $80,500 – $113,000 / Annual
- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
