**Must Have Home Health Experience**
Sales and marketing – referral development through strategic planning.
Serves as primary liaison for referral sources, and physicians .
Participates in community events and outreach.
Tracks referral and admission trends for assigned market.
Must be self-motivated, self starter.
Maintains highest level of customer service.
Completes pre admission intake, coordinates care with multidisciplinary team.
Clinical background preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
