Qualifications: At least 1 year of direct business development/marketing actives in hospice or home health.

Requirements: Continual evaluation of the company’s marketing strategies to advise management on effective strategies and suggest changes. Prescreen patients referred by physicians, hospitals, and case workers for home health needs, eligibility, and status. Serve as a liaison between hospital discharge planners by visiting patients to ensure a smooth transition to the patient’s home.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Experience: home health or hospice marketing: 1 year (Required)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
