The Role

In this truly unique role, you will be part of a new global team that will assist hiring into several tech apps within the portfolio, covering all business areas from tech to sales, junior to executive level. Initially you will be responsible for finding top candidates to join us, with an opportunity to grow into a well rounded talent partner in pace with the business’s growth.

Job requirements

• Sourcing hard-to-find candidates via various channels
• Create creative outreach messages that will pique the interested of passive candidates
• Build and maintain great relationships within the company and also externally
• Be an advocate for candidate experience – making sure no candidate falls through the cracks
• Own occasional People and Talent projects
