Reporting to the Global HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive all recruitment will provide you with the exposure and opportunity to have an impact much broader than just the talent space.

The is a pure hunting role that would ideally suit a seasoned recruiter who enjoys autonomy and partnering with the business.

Below are some of your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective and innovative recruitment strategies for attracting and sourcing high quality candidates.

• Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced sourcing methods.

• Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.

• Interview, screen, and match candidates to our recruitment pipeline.
• Manage the CV database keeping a record of all active roles via our Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage full life cycle hiring process with candidates.

• Manage HR projects like employer branding, referral system, training plan and more.

Your preferred experience:

Between 2 to 5 years experience in recruitment within a fast-paced technology company and/or recruitment agency. Experience of working in a professional services/consulting company or working for a head-hunting firm is a major plus.

• An experienced recruiter who is already very familiar with tech recruitment in Sydney with an already established network in this domain.

• Strong expertise technology profiles such as Developer (javascript, Java, IOS, Android, Clojure), Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, UI/UX/CX Designer, DevOps, Data Science and Big Data.

• Strong track record of hiring top talents in this industry.

• Having exposure to an entrepreneurial culture, implementing new ideas and bringing innovative solutions to the business.

• Ability to influence practice leaders and senior management and build trust.

Salary: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
