Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Global Talent Development Administrator to join our team and be a key member of our Global Talent Development organization in EMEA & JAPAC. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for colleagues across the Global Talent Development organization, helping ensure we’re effective and efficient in the way we operate – with simplicity, elegance and a good sense of humor. You’ll be critical to nearly every aspect of producing world-class learning – from designing quality resources, to ensuring sensible schedules that fit regional time zones, to ensuring we’re staying on track with budget, and engaging learners with communications that hit the mark every time. Ours is a high-energy, dynamic, and very fast-moving department. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is successful at juggling multiple priorities, a self-starter who can easily manage day-to-day details of scheduling and producing work products, and will not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change. You must have a sense of humor, demonstrated ability to be flexible, meet deadlines, and creatively solve problems.

Your Impact

• Organization, administration and evaluation of Talent Development initiatives
• Administer and maintain optimal core Talent Development operations including scheduling, training and delegate management and production assistance
• Serve as liaison between learners & global talent development providing support and guidance in learning-related questions
• Produce certain learning resources & materials (slides, handouts, team exercises) and Facilitate sessions as required
• Data, reporting and analytics against KPIs, presenting insights in a timely and efficient manner. This could include collecting and analyzing training needs
• Manage contracts and relationships with vendors for off-the-shelf or custom content, marketing, branding, or other specialties. Administer spending against developmental budget
• Develop and implement the overall communications strategy for Talent Development in EMEA. Draft communications for learners, stakeholders, and managers to support learning and development solutions
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize utilization and maintenance of all platforms (LMS, Workday and Intranet) and talent development processes
• Administrative support for Senior Director, Talent Development EMEA/JAPAC (diary management, travel, budgeting, workshop and event planning, team filing)

Your Experience

• Strong customer experience skills
• Relevant coordination experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Systems management experience strongly preferred
• Ability to scale in high growth, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well with others at varying levels in the organization
• Superior organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude results-driven, and detail-oriented
• Analytical capabilities and experience, using MS Excel or other analytical tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
