Palmetto Yacht Management Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Manning, SC Full Time

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who has a passion for the boating industry. We are a high-end vessel transportation company that handles large vessel moves for some of the most prestigious Manufacturers in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries
• Knowing the terminology involving boating so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Conduct follow-up sales calls, take initial calls, convey logistics updates to clients, etc.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Required skills and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful experience with Mac OS, and CRM
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
• Ability to work individually and as a team member
• Not a Remote position, must to the site each day
