About our HLC Project – Through the Humanitarian Logistics Capability (HLC) program, Palladium provides high quality, multifaceted, flexible, and responsive project management, and humanitarian supply chain solutions in support of the Commonwealth of Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Humanitarian Emergency Relief activities.
The Talent Acquisition and HR Senior Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the HLC team to provide international disaster relief by delivering people solutions aligned to project objectives. Working in conjunction with the Capacity Manger and the Core Leadership Team (CLT) they will implement HR initiatives, services, and policies to support the growth of HLC.
