About the opportunity – The New Colombo Plan (NCP) is a signature initiative of the Australian government which aims to lift knowledge of the Indo Pacific in Australia by supporting undergraduates to study and undertake internships in the region. The NCP Program involves a scholarship program for study of up to one year and internships or mentorships, and a flexible mobility grants program for both short and longer-term study, internships, mentorships, practicums, research, and language training.
Palladium has been appointed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) as the Service Provider to deliver the NCP Managed Administrative and Support Services (NCP MASS) which aims to provide an integrated suite of services to support the objectives of the NCP Program.
The Finance Officer is responsible for providing effective administrative and financial support services for the NCP MASS and Endeavour Leadership Programs respectively. Key responsibilities for the Finance Officer include but are not limited to:
