Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
We have an exciting Talent Acquisition opportunity for a solution-focused professional to lead the efficient end-to-end recruitment of diversified talent for Early-In-Careers and Key Projects roles, across the EMEA region and departments.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Early-In-Career recruitment
– Team up with hiring managers and external partners, design and implement clear and effective processes for our annual intake of entry-level consulting positions.
– Own the design and implementation of Early-In-Careers assessment workflows and processes by l Leveraging the appropriate tools, to support the right assessment process for applicants.
– Build and grow a community of talent, create a referral strategy, leverage innovative and creative ideas and strategies for the timely and efficient intake of Early-In-Careers new hires.
– Forge strong, strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders.
– Select and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of all necessary activities such as advertisement, recruitment events, inclusive recruitment, the attraction of diverse talent, etc.
Strategic recruitment
– Deliver against the highest quality standards to meet market representation and ensure we deliver effective, fair, and inclusive selection practices; all within a strong high performance Team culture
– Implement the most effective candidate attraction approaches to deliver the timely hire of top and diversified talent in our various vacancies
– Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to address key recruitment objectives and challenges
– Identify opportunities to advance our ability to attract and engage high-quality diverse talent, initiating improvements and efficiencies in our hiring process and further elevating our candidate experience.
– Play a key role in scoping out talent opportunities for new and expanding markets; translating ambition and potential into tangible attraction and talent pipeline generation strategies.
Capability building
– Support the delivery of effective learning activities for those involved in recruitment processes and support Hiring Managers with anything from toolkits to owning the Recruiting Principles.
– Actively contribute to relevant knowledge management transfer initiatives
– Be a champion of data-driven recruitment practices, with the ability to create compelling business reports, dashboards and Talent insights.
Required Qualifications:
Skills and experience
– Previous experience in recruitment, applying the latest and most effective interview techniques, evaluation, and selection methods in full-cycle recruiting
– A proactive approach and the ability to build relationships
– Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
– Excellent communications and organisation skills
– A huge and genuine passion for talent acquisition and facilitating the process of helping people find the right next job for them.
– A thought partner; offering a consultative approach to building a strategy for scaling organisations, ensuring hiring is fair, equitable and inclusive.
– Work using Agile and Continuous Improvement / Design Thinking principles will be highly valued.
