Job Description

Operations – HR:
The postholder will have an operational management background, able to manage, motivate and lead teams whilst managing HR related cases.

The postholder must be a confident communicator with a strong personality to be able to take lead in the role and work closely with stakeholders at all levels.

The role does not sit directly in the HR team, but you will have expert knowledge of UK employment law and managing grievance cases.

The Successful Applicant

Operations – HR:
Strong HR / People Manager knowledge

Previously managed grievance cases

Team / operations manager, preferably within a Shared Service environment

Track record of engaging with, motivating and proactively managing a team

Able to demonstrate the ability to drive continuous improvement

This is a 6-9 month temporary role with an immediate start date (compliance dependent). The role will offer hybrid working with an office based in Crawley.

The postholder will have operational management experience but also expert knowledge of UK employment law and managing grievance cases.
