Job Description

This Talent Acquisition Partners key duties will include:
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide suitable candidates

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies

Recommendations on which sourcing technology to use to assist in identifying potential candidates

Build, develop and nurture relationships with candidates

Creating and maintaining diverse talent pools and pipelines for future hiring needs

Conducting research and market mapping to support the identification of potential candidates

Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate

Communicate effectively with the interview team and hiring managers to ensure preparedness during the interview process

Partner and close collaboration with the wider HR functions

Networking across the EMEA markets to build relationships with top talent candidates

The Successful Applicant

Talent Acquisition Partner experience and characteristics required;

Previous recruitment experience ideally in either an in house Talent Acquisition role or within agency recruiting within the marketing, digital or analytics space.

Great communication skills

A team player

comfortable using a range of computer and ATS systems
