A respected organisation based in Birmingham are seeking a Remote Working Part Time HR Systems & Data Analyst on permanent basis for circa 15-20 hours per week working from home.

Job Description

As Remote Working Part Time HR Systems & Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

Maintaining and further developing a suite of HR related reports that ensure data integrity.

Work with the Payroll Manager to ensure that we have effective Payroll reporting.

Understand the needs of the People department, and help deliver reporting that informs decisions and gives an overview of key information.

Work with the key stakeholders in the business to provide appropriate reports and data feeds.

When needed, work with the Systems Administrator and HR team to support with system maintenance and operational tasks within iTrent, and answer colleague queries relating to iTrent.
