Job Description
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Customer support on the ER systems
Working on system upgrades and implementations; liaising with IT and third-party software providers
Completing testing on new upgrades and implementations
Representing the team in project work
Provide support to HR
Providing L&D
Maintaining and update data and reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Systems Administration
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and customers
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel; pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s and other formulas
Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion
Ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent level of organisation and administration
Analytical & problem-solving thinking with attention to details
Excellent communication and interpretation skills, both verbal and written
