Page Personnel have partnered with a well known British supermarket chain on an exciting new role. They are looking for a HR Shared Services Recruitment Team Leader to join them on a full time, and permanent basis. The role is paying up to £35,000 and offers hybrid working.
Job Description
The successful HRSS Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for:
Line managing the team, ensuring they are performing at maximum capacity, following all the relevant absence/performance management practices when required
Leading and developing the team in order to meet KPI’s
Developing and proposing solutions to resolve process inefficiencies, improve ways of working and identify potential opportunities to increase productivity
Preparing and providing data for customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership teams
Demonstrating the adaptability and promotion of a continuous improvement and learning environment
The Successful Applicant
The successful HRSS Recruitment Team Leader will have:
Demonstrable high volume recruitment experience, with experience of working to tight SLA’s
Previous experience working within a Shared Service environment
Process driven with string analytical skills
Experience of managing a team and achieving results
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
