Page Personnel are supporting a rapidly growing healthcare organisation with an exciting appointment for a HR Shared Service Manager to join a team in Solihull.

This role offers a mix of office and home working (Following an initially training period which will be 100% office based)

Job Description

Working as part of a busy Shared Service Centre, the role of HR Shared Service Manager will take full responsibility for managing a small team of HR Administrators and ensure they are providing an excellent service to the business.

You will also be responsible for establishing SOPs, KPIs and SLAs and ensuring these are met by the team.

The Successful Applicant

This is a very exciting opportunity to build and further establish a successful HR Shared Service Centre.

Ideally candidates will have a proven HR Management background.

A background in Shared Service Centre is beneficial but not essential
