A rapid growth Haywards Heath client are looking to hire a HR Recruiter on a full time permanent basis.

Job Description

As HR Recruiter you will be responsible for:· Contribute to design and implementation of recruitment strategy

• Provide a full work-force solution for the service
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and compliance
• Brand ambassador – represent company values and ensure a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Analyse and improve recruitment processes where necessary
• Write Job Descriptions and Person Specifications
• Identify and source non operational roles when required
• Collaborate with marketing for social recruitment and website candidate attraction
• Creative advert writing
• Head hunting
• Manage interview process and attend interviews with Hiring Managers
• Interview all candidates using benchmarking strategies to ensure the highest quality of staff are progressed
• Candidate onboarding (with assistance of HR Administrator)
• Support HR department when required
• Manage and continually update People related IT systems, ensuring full compliance
• Complete administrative work as required
• Maintain relationships with all staff
• Liaise with internal departments and external companies as required
• Work as a team member towards business objectives

The Successful Applicant

Previous recruitment knowledge – either in house or agency

Demonstrate empathy and resilience

Remain calm and professional

Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, with a solution focused, dynamic approach to prioritising your workload

Show a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and pride in your work presentation

Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task

Be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of a team
