Page Personnel have partnered with a well established cash management specialist organisation, who are looking for a HR People Advisor to join them on a full time, and permanent basis.
For this role, you will be based from home 90% of the time, with occasional travel across different branches including one of the offices in Nottingham.
Job Description
The successful HR People Advisor will be responsible for:
Providing professional advice relating to ER/IR issues including support with complex case management, producing correspondence, handling colleague queries, monitoring reports and documentation. Supporting & coaching Line Managers on handling employee casework and following cases through to an effective resolution
Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures to meet business requirements
Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with stakeholders, HR team members and employees
Directly dealing with day to day human resource life cycle matters including enquiries regarding absence management, discipline and grievance, all types of leave & working pattern arrangements
Maintaining and updating online HR policies and procedures, notifying colleagues of all relevant changes
Supporting and coaching Managers to undertake casework and encourage a good practice approach to people management
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR People Advisor will have:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with sound knowledge and capabilities with ER, casework and HR Policies and Procedures
Ability to support and coach managers, with people management, grievances and disciplinaries
Updating and reviewing online HR Policies and Procedures
Experience of HR generalist casework experience working within a fast paced multi-site organisation
CIPD Level 5 (minimum)
