About Our Client
Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful Retail/Distribution business based in Willenhall with the appointment of a HR Officer to join a busy team.
This role will be 100% office based working.
Job Description
Working as part of a busy HR team, this exciting and varied role of HR Officer will take responsibility for a wide range of generalist HR matters, including but not limited to:
Provide advise and guidance to line managers regarding all people matters
Advise on HR policies and procedures
Take responsibility for high volume employee relations casework
Assist HR Business Partners in the development of new policies and procedures
Provide HR reports and KPIs
Other generalist HR matters
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar position.
