Job Description
Develop robust working relationships with key stakeholders within the divisional and directorate teams.
Ensuring recruitment leads are kept up to date on progress.
Provide great communication skills.
Lead on such projects and initiatives that will develop and promote the Trust employment brand.
Act as Key Account Manager liaising between service users and the Recruitment Administration Team.
Provide timely data and information on the progress of recruitment plans including tracking deployment, on boarding, time to hire and other KPIs
The Successful Applicant
Previous exposure working within an NHS environment.
Managing high volume campaigns.
Working towards deadlines and targets.
Provide expert advice on resourcing issues.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise own work and others.
