Page Personnel have partnered with a reputable law firm based in Leeds City Centre, who are looking for a HR Manager to join them on a full time, or part time permanent basis. The role is paying up to £40,000 and offers hybrid working.

Job Description

As a HR Manager you will be responsible for:
End to end recruitment processes

Absence and Performance Management

Advising and supporting managers with ER issues

Leading grievance and disciplinary meetings and producing outcome letters

Employee engagement initiatives

Updating and reviewing HR policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Manager will have:
Demonstrable experience in a similar HR Manager role, ideally within the legal sector but this is not essential

Up to date knowledge relating to Employment Laws, and HR Policies and Procedures

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and commit to deadlines
