Job Description
Key responsibilities – HR Generalist:
Providing extensive support to the HR team with the inclusion of:
Recruitment
Payroll
On boarding & off-boarding
General administration
Ad hoc support where needed
Supporting on various HR projects
Provide general HR advice to employees ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate:
3-5 years of generalist HR experience spanning recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR systems & projects (ideally from the financial or professional services industry)
Highly organised and efficient with an acute attention to detail
Solution and delivery focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills able to build strong and lasting relationships
Service orientated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
