Job Description

The successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for: * Coordinating the recruitment process

  • Processing onboarding documents
  • HR data management and reporting
  • Administering staff absence, performance management, and probation processes
  • Ensuring new starters and leaver information is accurate, with responsibility for any HR changes
  • HR project work.

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Coordinator must have:* HR experience or administrative experience within a school setting is desirable

  • Excellent written and communication skills.
