Job Description

Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Coordinator is a very exciting developmental role allowing for the opportunity to build your HR exposure and develop from Administration to Advisory duties.

The role will involve, but not limited to:
Dealing with a wide range of HR queries in a busy, fast-paced environment

Support the HR Manager with employee relations casework

Support the HR Manager and Recruitment Manager with recruitment

Monitor and review absence

Support with HR Administration and system updates

Other generalist HR duties

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in HR – you maybe a proven coordinator looking for a new challenge or currently a HR Administrator looking for the ‘next steps’ in your career and the opportunity to get more exposure to employee relations casework.
