Job Description
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
Being the first point of call for employee relations cases, escalating when necessary
Giving accurate and proactive advice to line managers
Ensure all employee relations cases are accurately recorded on the case management system
Support the wider HR team with HR administration
Any other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Coordinator will have:
A HR related degree or CIPD qualification (desirable)
Strong administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine desire to work in HR
