A large, international business services firm that has offices based in London as well as in many other locations, who are looking for a HR Coordinator that has previous experience using Docusign.
Job Description
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
Helping create a a safe and open working environment
Being the first point of contact for employee queries
Overseeing and support the administration needs for the company
Accurately maintaining employee records
Ensuring the weekly and monthly payroll processes are in place
Assisting the management team with the recruitment process
Producing offer and contract letters
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
Have prior experience using Docusign and be confident doing so
Be an excellent communicator at all levels
Have the ability to show empathy
Demonstrate strong organisational skills
Have prior HR working experience
What’s on Offer
If successful, the candidate will be offered:
A salary fo £30,000
