Job Description
The primary function of the HR Business Partner role will be to oversee a high quality HR service to all business stakeholders whilst also contributing towards the future HR strategy and collaborating with senior leadership members. Additional duties are to include but not limited to:
Lead, manage, motivate and develop the HR team, working with them to plan and prioritise their workload, set objectives, review performance and provide support, training and development opportunities
Support and challenge leaders on strategic and operational level in various people-related matters
Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on complex ER matters to enable them to lead their teams and deal with any issues effectively
Developing consistent framework on HR processes, procedures and policies including performance review cycle, talent reviews, pay reviews, and provide education and guidance to line managers on their implementation
Support senior business stakeholders in the design and delivery of talent programmes
Capture learning and development needs and, in collaboration with the talent team, implement training and development programs
Role model for Diversity and the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda
The Successful Applicant
CIPD Level 5/7 qualification is preferred
Ability to demonstrate experience in managing ER issues and have a proven track record in developing relationships with senior management and project management
A passion for getting the best outcome possible and a true understanding of the impact of ER on the wider team
Experience of providing HR expertise and guidance across the full employee lifecycle
Exceptional organisational skills – able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
