Page Personnel are supporting a successful and growing Charity based in Tipton with the appointment of a HR Assistant to join a busy HR function.

Job Description

Reporting to a HR and Resourcing Manager, the role of HR Assistant is a generalist and varied HR Administration post covering a wide range of duties such as:

Processing starters and leavers and conducting pre-employment checks

Support with employee relations casework – attending meetings and hearings when required

Oversee casework – update trackers and manage long-term sickness

Be the first point of contact for HR queries

Coordinate HR meetings

Provide administration support for the HR Business Partners

Manage HR inbox

Manage Occupational health referrals

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role, you will ideally hold a CIPD level 3 and have some previous exposure to low-level employee relations casework.

What’s on Offer

Up to £25700

This role offers home working, you must be available to visit the Tipton office once per month.
