Page Personnel have partnered with a well established food and distribution organisation based in West Yorkshire, who are looking for a HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. They are offering part time hours (22.5 hours across 3 days)

Job Description

The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for:
On boarding of new starters, including probation and secondment reviews

Supporting and encourage well being activities

Absence Management

Supporting the HR Partner with HR administrative duties including employee relations, company awards, communication forums & welfare

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Assistant will have:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a particular focus and interest on employee engagement and retention

High attention to detail, with experience of dealing with confidential information

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels

CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards
