About Our Client
A large alcoholic beverages firm which operates on a global scale, working in over 150 different countries.
Job Description
The HR Analyst will be responsible for:
Conducting compensation and benefits data audits
Supporting the management of the salary and bonus review
Supporting gender and ethnicity pay gap analysis
Liaise with specialists to ensure compensation data accuracy
Support AdHoc projects linked to compensation and benefits
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
Will have strong data analysis skills
Will be an effective user of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Shows strong organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
Will have prior experience within HR and willing to develop in compensation and benefits
MUST have used Workday previously
What’s on Offer
If successful, the HR Analyst will be offered:
A salary of up to £35,000
