A fast-paced education group based in London, operating on a hybrid working model.
Job Description
The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for: * Providing advice on a range of HR matters across the Trust and Academies
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies
- Acting as a point of contact for any complex ER enquiries, escalating anything too complex to legal advisors
- Supporting the new HR system
- Various HR project work.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor must have:* Experience in a HR Advisory position
- Experience working within the education sector would be desirable
- Ability to work flexibly
- Strong interpersonal skills.
