Job Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
Providing advice and guidance on all HR related matters

Leading the absence management process

Assisting in all areas of learning and development

Managing employee relations cases

Supporting with performance management

HR administration

Updating and maintaining the employee database

Any other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Advisor will have:
A proven track record within a similar role

CIPD L5 or above

An up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A keen eye for detail

A genuine desire to learn

Working hours: 8:15-5 Monday – Thursday, 8:15-1:15 Friday
