You will be working for a well-known global retail company based in London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator are as follows:
Review, assign and scan all documentation received for archive
Create and issue offer and new joiner packs, and employment agreements
Produce employee change documentation and process via Workday
Produce reference letters and income support requests
Support with market HR mailboxes – triage and query response
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR Administrator role will have:
Extensive administrative experience within high volume transnational environment using multiple systems
Experience using HR and/or payroll systems
Highly developed planning and organisational skills
Effective communicator and demonstrable stakeholder management
What’s on Offer
This initially is a 3 month temporary role leading up to the busy Christmas period.
Hybrid working available
Hourly rate paying between £12.00 – £15.00 /hour depending on experience
