Job Description

Deliver excellent customer service on a range of first-level queries and requirements relating to Recruitment, HR and Learning & OD, escalating where appropriate

Take ownership of shared inbox, ensuring request are processed and responded to in a timely manner and in line with company policies and processes

Assist in the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes by effectively liaising with candidates and internal teams

Conduct and record pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation

Administer meetings and events, including training sessions and conduct follow up actions as appropriate

Take ownership of administrative problems through to resolution, escalating complex situations as appropriate

Support implementation of HR processes, changes/projects with the business as appropriate

Prepare reports and management information from HR data, as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have some knowledge of HR systems and processes. Great administration skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
