Page Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the health care sector for a full-time, permanent, and home-based Talent Acquisition Specialist vacancy. This role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for clinical positions.
The client has provided health care focused services to communities around the world for decades.
Working in an established team, the successful candidate will be permanently home-based, providing the candidate a great deal of flexibility and no wasted time commuting into an office.
As a senior member of the clinical talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for your own remit, providing recruitment support for the business. You will work with the business to develop accurate workforce plans to ensure you attract the best and most suitable talent for the vacancy.
You will support Hiring Managers, delivering an exceptional service through the end to end recruitment process, providing market insight and advice. You will provide an excellent candidate service, and ensure high quality of applicants through effective screening and process management.
Taking a collaborative approach, you will be closely supported by your surrounding team who will build effective talent pools for upcoming vacancies.
You will be tasked as a team to drive down time and cost per hire, as well as taking a lead on key projects around delivering the clinical recruitment strategy.

£35,000 annual salary + monthly paid commission (up to c.£9,000 per year) + clear commission structure based around targets + home-based role + permanent contract + equipment + enhanced annual leave + Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner role + Leeds offices (fully homebased role).
