About Our Client

Job Description
- Assist with Bank account administration.
- Prepares bank, BAS and payroll tax reconciliations.
- Manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Assets.
- Assists with end of month financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and annual audit
- Manages Petty Cash.
- Maintains financial data for Grant Management Systems.
- Prepares corporate credit card acquittals
The Successful Applicant
Three to five years’ experience working in finance / accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll, Assets and End of Month Reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Information Technology services.
Proven eye for detail working in a structured, process driven environment.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills to respond to internal and external inquiries.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK.
