You will be dealing with clients who have high expectations of service and care, so everything must run smoothly. That means things like:

• Answer phone queries and emails from candidates and consultants in a professional and timely manner
• Accurately enter the 3rd party system’s time sheets
• Weekly expenses processed accurately and on time
• Provide accurate not-payroll-ready report to those processing weekly pay runs before deadline
• Prepare verification’s upon request by authorised the 3rd party company
• Liaise with payroll vendors, recruitment consultants, IT and the credit and accounts teams as required to ensure all deadlines are met
• Emails are actioned prior to deadline
