Job Description
- Credit assessment of new and existing trading accounts
- Opening of new accounts
- Receipting and allocation of customer payments
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Trading account reconciliations
- Customer Collections
- Credit limit reviews
- Ongoing Customer maintenance (Both System and Soft Copy File)
- Ad hoc duties as directed by Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
- 3 years’ Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Hands on approach with a good attention to detail
- Demonstrated a proven ability to successfully manage customer conflict and resolution
- Intermediate level of Excel and Word experience
- Reliable team player with a can do attitude
