As an Accounts Payable Officer, you would work with an encouraging manager as part of a diverse and supportive team based in Western Sydney. If successful, you will be a part of a team dedicated to achieving results and assisting with the timely processing of invoices and payments to suppliers whilst managing key internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a encouraging team environment. Other key responsibilities will include the following:

• Preparation of vouchers for data entry using the internal system
• Checking and Confirming payments
• Mass payment Preparation
• Preparing EFT payments
• AP Reconciliation work
• Dealing & responding to supplier/vendor queries
• Dealing with staff queries
• Preparing Cash Flow Forecast
• Vendor Master System management
• End of month General Expense Accruals
