Job Description

Your tasks and duties will include:

  • Preparing cash clearing account reconciliations with a view to investigating and resolving any uncleared items in a timely manner.
  • Preparation and investigation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations relating to various tender clearing accounts, bank accounts, and cash holding accounts.
  • Prepare and process daily payment runs
  • Prepare weekly cash variance reports
  • Preparation and review of monthly cash float
  • Review and input of weekly petty cash receipts across the company
  • Any other work as required from the Finance Manager


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a similar role – either in Financial Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, or Finance Administration. Most importantly, they will have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a high attention to detail.
