Job Description
As an Accounts Clerk, you would work with an encouraging team as part of a diverse and supportive team based in South West Sydney. If successful, you will be responsible for delivering results as part of a driven and reliable team. You will also need to have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously. This role will be predominantly On-Site during the training period.
- Processing bank reconciliations
- Processing associated general journals
- Manage end to end accounts payable and receivables
- Preparation of general ledger reconciliations monthly
- Assisting the wider team with ad-hoc duties
- Communication as the point of contract for stakeholder queries and troubleshooting
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Preferred Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience
- A solid understanding of Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail
- Competency with Microsoft Office – Particularly Excel (Pivot Tables)
- Excellent numeracy skills with outstanding time management skills
- High level of motivation and initiative to achieve results
- Reliability and Dependability
