Job Description
Reporting directly to the corporate services managers, this role will comprise facets of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices on a daily basis
- Completing weekly and ad hoc payment runs
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Processing cheque and receipt requisitions;
- Assisting in the operation of the statutory trust account
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting as required
- Responding to internal and external accounts queries
- Project based work as requested by management
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as the following attributes:
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and juggle varying responsibilities
- A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
- Positive and bubbly personality
- Strong communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective
