Job Description

Reporting directly to the corporate services managers, this role will comprise facets of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing supplier invoices on a daily basis
  • Completing weekly and ad hoc payment runs
  • Reconciliation of Accounts
  • Processing cheque and receipt requisitions;
  • Assisting in the operation of the statutory trust account
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting as required
  • Responding to internal and external accounts queries
  • Project based work as requested by management
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as the following attributes:

  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and juggle varying responsibilities
  • A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
  • Positive and bubbly personality
  • Strong communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective
