We are currently recruiting a Receptionist in Edinburgh city centre (rolling contract)

Description

Main duties include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for office visitors,
• Managing incoming phone calls and emails,
• Making sure the Reception area is kept tidy and presentable,
• Helping with setting up meetings,
• Ad-hoc admin tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience within similar roles,
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Good organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

• 8am – 5pm (Mon-Fri)
• 1 hour lunch break
• Office based (City centre)
• Ongoing basis
