HR Assistant role for a 12 month fixed term contract for a well-known entertainment company based in London.

• This is an office based position
• 12-month fixed term contract
• Competitive salary paying up to £26,000
• Hours of work: 9.00am – 5.00pm

You will provide administrative support for the HR Manager and HR Advisor, ensuring the Head Office is provided with key information on HR processes and procedures.

You will be working for a well-known entertainment company based in the West End of London!

The key responsibilities of the HR Assistant for this well-known entertainment company based in London will be as follows:

HR Administration
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Recruitment
Training & Development
Employee Relations
HR Metric Reporting
Ad-hoc project work

The successful HR Assistant will possess the following skills and attributes:

Previous knowledge of working in a HR generalist environment
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
Desirable to have Certificate in Personnel Practice
Excellent communication skills verbal & written
Confident, articulate and accurate spoken English
Strong use of IT packages including Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet Explorer
Previous knowledge of Core HR would be beneficial
Uses own initiative but works well within a Team
Resilient and work well under pressure Job Offer
