Paddy Power Betfair Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver exceptional Talent for hiring needs across our Group Functions. You will have full ownership of the 360 recruitment, sourcing both passive and active and candidates, supporting and advising Hiring Managers and ensuring both have a great hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate attraction – Provide tailored candidate shortlists in response to specific recruitment assignments. Use full variety and scope of candidate attraction options to drive relevant and diverse candidate traffic. Proactively approach relevant talent using a variety of techniques.
• Candidate assessment – responsible for screening candidates and providing Hiring Managers with advice on fair, efficient and appropriate assessments
• Talent Pooling – Using our CRM tool, proactively create and maintain talent pools as directed by the Senior TA Manager
• Candidate management – own relationship with all candidates, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer & rejection
• Candidate experience – you will have a “every candidate is a customer” mentality and ensure this culture is inherent in everything we do.
• Market knowledge – Monitor industry trends and provide regular and timely market updates to segment business & HR teams on external companies and relevant developments.
• Stakeholder management – Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, People Partners & other HR teams.
• Recruitment tools – Ensure all information is accurately stored in our Applicant Tracking System on a real-time and consistent basis.
• Reporting & analysis – Provide regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, providing data such as; sourcing per role / market intelligence. Use data & insights to inform decision-making.

Experience:

• Experience of working in an in-house or agency talent acquisition team, working across a range of junior to mid level appointments preferably gained in a volume, fast paced, dynamic and complex environment
• Examples of increasing the diversity of candidates and hires
• Experience of delivering demanding briefs and utilising popular and less well-known methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience of utilising data to influence discussions and outcomes
• Demonstrate an ability to deal with ambiguity and collaborate across many segments of the business
• Experience with using ATS and multiple online platforms for sourcing and attracting candidates
